The Problem
Your people are making significant financial decisions — buying homes, refinancing, caring for aging parents, wondering whether they're saving enough — usually with no one to ask. So they guess, they stall, or they take advice from whoever mailed them a flyer.
That uncertainty follows them into the workday. Most financial wellness vendors answer it with a login and a video library. Employees don't need more content. They need someone to talk to.
What Employees Get
It starts with a Financial Fitness Checkup — a straightforward conversation about where someone stands and what to do next. From there, employees get access to everything below.
We connect employees with the right CPA and tax strategist so they stop overpaying on taxes. Most homeowners have no one actively watching this.
We refer employees to a trusted financial planner to make sure they're building wealth, not just paying a mortgage.
Access to discounted estate planning, plus straight education on life insurance. Most people know they need both and have done nothing about it.
Raising Little Millionaires is a financial literacy resource families can actually use. Every employee gets it — because we believe in it, not as a marketing tool.
The Parent Plan is a structured framework for the financial and caregiving conversations most families avoid until it's too late.
We connect employees with resources to shop and potentially reduce what they spend on homeowners and other insurance.
We serve as a sounding board with no product agenda. Refinance mailer? Pull equity or not? Pay down the mortgage? They have someone to call.
Our homeowner eBook covers what comes after closing: taxes, maintenance, equity building, and the mindset shift from renter to owner.
MyHomeIQ keeps employees connected to their home's equity position and notifies them when something meaningful changes.
For Employers
Everything we do for individual clients, we deliver to your entire staff as a free benefit — the Financial Fitness Checkup framework, the full referral network, the family resources, and homebuyer readiness education.
All HR does: say yes, forward one announcement email, and give us a date for the first workshop. We handle scheduling, materials, delivery, and follow-up.
How It Works
We walk you through exactly what employees receive and answer the compliance and cost questions up front.
We hand you ready-to-send copy and a one-page overview. You forward it. That's the whole launch.
We run a live session — onsite or virtual — introducing the Financial Fitness Checkup and the resources.
Employees book 1:1 checkups on their own schedule. We run quarterly sessions and report participation back to you.
About / Our Network
We're Your Home Loan Surgeons, the Goldberg Team. Homeownership is where most families' money actually lives, and we kept running into the same gap: the loan closes, and then the client is on their own for everything that follows.
So we assembled a vetted network around it — CPAs and tax strategists, financial planners, estate attorneys, and insurance professionals — plus the education and monitoring tools that keep clients informed between conversations. Nobody in the network pays for placement. They're there because we'd send our own families to them.
We're not selling employees a product on the company's dime. When someone's best move is to do nothing, that's what we tell them.

We're a mortgage team. Some employees will eventually need a lender, and some will choose us. That's the whole model. Nobody is required to use us, and the resources aren't gated behind a loan application.
No pressure, no lead lists, no cold calling your staff. Employees opt in to a checkup when they want one. If a conversation doesn't lead anywhere, that's a normal outcome.
Forward one announcement email and give us a workshop date. We handle the rest — materials, scheduling, delivery, and follow-up.
We report attendance, checkup counts, and resource downloads back to you so you can show participation to leadership.
It sits alongside them. Those programs handle crisis support and retirement accounts. We handle the homeownership, tax, estate, and family side that usually goes uncovered.
It works well from roughly 50 to 1,000 employees. Smaller teams still work — the workshop format just gets more conversational.

We reply with two or three times, send the one-page overview ahead of the call, and keep it to 20 minutes.
